Private Sessions

PRIVATE SESSION

Private sessions are designed to deliver individualized instruction based on a person’s fitness needs, goals, and lifestyle. Clients may choose to do the entire workout on the mat or on the specialized Pilates equipment.In each session you will be led through a sequence of exercises that will enable you to develop long, lean muscles, better posture, greater flexibility, and improved balance and stamina. Instructors focus on functional and safe movement practices that can be transferred to your daily life and cross training activities.
